An MVP is a product with the minimum number of features needed for customers to adopt and then provide feedback on so that the product will get better over time.

In short the purpose of an MVP is to validate a product idea early on SO THAT developers (and the company) can hopefully avoid lengthy and unnecessary work that customers won’t purchase.

 I love using the MVP concept in all areas of my work, but also in my momming and being home.
